Winter fun is the perfect week for everyone who is struggling to stay motivated in the winter months. Winter sun and outdoor activity is what you need to boost your energy! Relaxing time for yourself, spa afternoons in the Sauna and Jacuzzi will help you to boost your metabolism. Try something new, it is never too late to learn skiing or snowboarding - It can be easier than you think, if you are working with professional help. It is never too late to do something new and feel proud. Winter fun is for someone who needs adventure and fun. Every morning we will start with yoga and core workout, following by very important breakfast. Morning skiing or snowboarding is a good workout, for strong core and toned legs. Winter fun is active holiday so it is more relaxed and flexible to have a choice of activities. We can do sledging, hiking, building a snow castle or swimming. You will have nutritional help and advice to eat healthy, so you go for the best food on your return home. Winter fun is fitness holiday so your diet can be as strict as you need. Evening activity will include more fun and games with a group of interesting, positive and active people.

Half - board
You will have a healthy choice for breakfast and dinner. You can follow our recommendation and chose to eat for weight loss, or you can have choice of diet for maintaining weight and feeling good and healthy.
Austria and Andora
You can chose to escape to Austria one week before Christmas and stay in good shape and positive mindset thru the overeating season. Or you can escape from dark February and enjoy some winter fun in Andora first week in February.
