Exclusive Week with personal trainer in Mallorca  

2-2-1 week with personal trainer giving you full attention and the best care. Six days of fun, with an exercise program tailored especially for you.  You’ll learn new skills, reach new fitness levels and lose weight in a healthy way so that it stays off. 
Through the process you’ll detox and learn about nutrition, so you can carry on once you get home.  Together we’ll work on your posture, balance, strength, body awareness, flexibility, cardio fitness and endurance.  In one week you can become firmer, tighter, lighter fitter and more energized. 


Mallorca ease off 

Situated in beautiful Port Pollenca, this luxurious resort takes full advantage of the stunning sea views, while you are taking  dip in the sea or pool. 


You’ll be fed the very best quality organic food and a nutritionally balance diet, by private chef. The very tasty menu will support you throughout the week, and give you energy and inspiration on how to make changes in your diet.  Take home new ideas, recipes, build new habits and most importantly, a positive relationship with food. 
You’ll be given a nutrition workshop where you can learn about the correct balance for you and we’ll work together on your new eating plan and shopping list.  

Initial Consultation 

A couple consultation designed to create a personalized training program to achieve goals that are specific to your needs. 
Health Assessment - body fat check and a plan towards working on losing 4% of your body fat.  Your weight loss program is designed to lose one pound a day and more. We will concentrate on building muscle mass, toning and inch loss. 

Life Coaching  

Working on your mental well-being, stress levels and looking for reasons behind weight gain, helping you change your habits and developing a positive attitude. 

Exercise Program 

This will consist of a mix of cardio and resistance training, long walks, cycling, yoga, stretching, aqua aerobics, boxing, beach workouts, dancing, circuit training, hula hooping, ball workouts, weight training, pilates, bokwa, mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing. 

Pampering and Massage 

One sports massage is included in the price and there is the opportunity to treat yourself with more pampering and beauty treatments at cost.
