I want you to have a breakthrough. I want you to nail whatever you decide to do. I want you to want to feel healthy and finally start eating healthily. I want you to be happy. If you want to get fit and finally start enjoying exercise, I would like to teach you the best exercise ever.

I have been looking for a breakthrough exercise for a long time. (You have to trust me on this one.) I want you to time travel with me. So let’s pretend that today is the 1st of April – this is not a joke – I want you to talk to me about your weight loss success, something like:

” Do you remember how stressed I was on the first of January when I realised how much weight I had put on? I am so pleased to say that I have lost two stones! I have started eating smaller portions – I can’t believe how much I used to eat! I was brave and went to the gym too. After just two weeks I started to feel more confident and got into it, now the gym is my second home. I know everyone and I am not scared to try different exercises.

“Do you remember the boring clothing I used to wear? They’re all in the bin bag. I went shopping for fitted dresses, but I live in sport clothing these days anyway. I feel so much happier and full of energy… “

You can be creative. This is your success story, this is your memory, so it must be true. I have been telling you how important visualisation is, but time travelling is better, more real. You can reprogramme yourself to succeed in everything and get excited about the future. You are so going to succeed in 2017! I believe in you.
